Phospho-Flow Sample Data

Our 10 sample datasets are distributed into three categories listed below. These datasets exemplify the power of flow cytometric analysis of phospho-epitopes. We strongly recommend that first-time users start with cell lines and one or two color intracellular phospho-stains before proceeding to multi-color stains with surface markers. Those wishing to work on human or murine samples with surface markers are encouraged to visit the protocols page for further information.

1. 1 and 2 Color Flow Cytometric Analysis of Phospho-epitopes with Correlation to Western Techniques
  • Good introduction to the type of data produced by these approaches. Those planning on using flow cytometry to investigate intracellular signaling are encouraged to begin by repeating one or more experiments presented in this category.
2. Multi-parameter Flow Cytometric Experiments with Heterogeneous Primary Cells
  • The technique is applied to mixed populations of cells such as the lymphoid compartments of humans and mice.
3. High-dimensional Flow Cytometry
  • Demonstrates that phospho-epitope analysis by an 11 color flow cytometer can reveal functional specificities not conveyed by other approaches.
